RESIDENTS of Covingham and Stratton will have the chance to put their views to Michael Wills, MP for North Swindon tomorrow.
The public meeting will be held at St Paul's Centre in St Paul's Drive, Covingham, at 6pm.
The meeting has been arranged so that residents can air their concerns about controversial issues in the area.
A number of Covingham residents are expected to quiz Mr Wills over traffic calming as well as proposals for the A419.
In the past, they have not been afraid to campaign to see what they want.
After more than 18 months of petitions and lobbying, unpopular speed humps were removed from the area's roads.
The original speed humps were installed along Covingham Drive and Kingfisher Drive in March 2003, at a cost of £8,000, but residents claimed they damaged cars and did not slow traffic.
They lobbied councillors to remove them and, after months of debate, petitions and consultations, they were ripped out in May this year.
