A DISQUALIFIED motorist stopped in the early hours of Wednesday morning had an appalling driving record, magistrates heard.
Firuz Miah, 26, had been banned twice last year and was ordered to stay off the roads for two years in Sept 2002 for dangerous driving.
He admitted driving while disqualified and having no insurance.
Martin Wiggins, for Miah, of Rochdale, said two prison sentences for defying bans had not worked. The bench adjourned sentencing until November 3 and bailed him.
