WESTBURY's Lee Swindon was air lifted to hospital on Saturday with a badly broken leg as the match was delayed for an hour.
The second row forward was caught in an off the ball tackle midway through the second half and after lengthy treatment was flown to the RUH hospital, in Bath.
Swindon, 25, is expected to be discharged in the next couple of days but will not play rugby again for the foreseeable future after breaking his leg in two places.
Westbury coach Ian Diddums said: "It soured the victory and all our thoughts are with Lee at this time. As a player he was developing well and has been a good player for us."
Tom Barrell, Matt Doughty and Ed Craven-Smith were among the try scorers as Westbury picked up their third victory of the season.
Diddums said: "We have now gone four and a half hours without conceding a try and in that time we have scored 187 points. I won't say anything about the referee for fear of getting into trouble but we could have scored a lot more in different circumstances."
