ENERGETIC walkers will pass through Wootton Bassett on Monday to raise awareness about a deadly disease.
Steve Dayman, chief executive of Spencer Dayman Meningitis UK, and friend Steve Fear will arrive in the town on day 31 of their 770-mile fundraising walk.
The challenge, which began in Peterhead, Aberdeenshire on September 18, is due to finish in Lyme Regis, Dorset, next Saturday.
The walkers hope to raise awareness of meningitis as they pass through towns and villages.
This year the charity is aiming to raise more than £100,000 towards research into the disease.
