I have just got home using a bus for a change, don't know when the next time will be because of the lack of comfort.
We got on to a number 13 bus, the number of the bus was 192, it was a new one with lower floor. We sat in the seats one step up. I am 5ft 10ins but I could not get my knees in because of the lack of room between seats.
I also suffer with back problems. If the council and Thamesdown Transport want us to use the buses more then it is about time passenger comfort was a main priority, not how many seats we can fit in the bus. The comment I got was "we do not make the buses." Agreed but they should ensure customer comfort.
