JOURNALISTS and their profession will be the subject of a forthcoming lecture in Swindon.
Tony Worgan is responsible for local BBC services as managing editor of BBC Radio Wiltshire and Swindon and the interactive BBCi Wiltshire.
He will be asking why so many young people are keen to join the industry.
The talk, called Journalists - the Truth, 'Onest Guv, takes place on Wednesday, October 27, in the main hall of the University of Bath's Oakfield Campus in Marlowe Avenue from 5.30 to 6.30pm.
Admission is free.
