I AM complaining about the disabled toilet at Cavendish Square.
My wife and many others have a disabled key for their own use of the toilet.
Last week we discovered that the council or someone had added a second lock which makes it no good to us as we only have the one key.
If that wasn't bad enough today the council cleaner couldn't get into the toilet with his two keys because some bright spark changed the locks without the council's knowledge.
I, and many others, go into Cavvy Caf and have something to drink and eat and find later we need to use the toilet, only to find that you can't get in the toilet with our keys.
My wife and me don't like using the toilet in the betting shop as we feel very uncomfortable about it.
Change the locks back to disabled use or supply us with toilets again.
The gents and ladies have been closed a best part of a year through misuse.
Open them again and employ a janitor to care after them.
I know Cavendish is being re-vamped in two years or so but are we meant to be without the use of toilets until then?
