ONE of the last steam engines to be built in the UK, Black Prince has been rededicated at a heritage railway in Gloucestershire.
Black Prince was built at the Swindon Railway works in the 1960s and christened yesterday at the Gloucestershire and Warwickshire Railway at Toddington by TV gardener Alan Titchmarsh.
