A DRIVER who gave fake details to a police officer has been put under curfew. And he has been warned he may be jailed if he breaks it.
Wayne O'Brien, 37, of Dawlish Road, Park North, admitted intending to pervert the course of justice.
Recorder Christopher Frazer imposed a six-month curfew, ordering O'Brien to stay indoors between 8pm and 7am. He said home imprisonment would let him carry out his obligations during the day.
