IN reply to the letter headed "Bin syringes" I know that Minehead has had this policy for a few years now and it works really well.
Addicts tell the same old story that it is hard to give up addiction etc, but do they have to leave their needles lying around for a child or anyone to accidentally fall on?
It is a sad situation where I live in the Rhondda.
I know there are three houses and flats in my short street that house addicts.
The problem is spreading and wherever you go the problem will already be there or on its way.
