WITH regards to your leading article on the death of Bryan Maloney on the front page of the Devizes Gazette and Herald on October 14, we find this article in extremely bad taste.
Mr Maloney was tried and found not guilty and now you are putting the family through further distress by not allowing them to grieve in peace. We believe this contravenes the Human Rights Act.
You have caused further distress by naming the grandson who is a minor.
We are in no way related to the family but cannot understand how anyone can be so callous at a time like this. How do you sleep in your bed at night.
