Colin LewinTHE Melksham tyre factory worker charged with the murder of a father-of-two in Swindon appeared before a judge in Bristol on Tuesday.
Colin Lewin, an employee at the Cooper-Avon Tyres plant in Bath Road, is accused of stabbing postal worker Mick Love to death in a Swindon street.
Lewin, of Broad Street, Swindon, will reappear at Bristol Crown Court on January 21 where he is expected to enter a plea to the charge of murdering Mr Love between September 26 and 28.
The body of Mr Love, 40, was found by an off-duty policeman in Cannon Street in the early hours of September 27.
