PHARMACIES should be offering customers a wider range of services after a deal with the Government on how they are paid.
Under the terms of an agreement reached after two years of intense talks between the Department of Health and pharmacists' representatives, it has been agreed they will now be paid by the NHS according to the range and quality of services they provide, rather than the volume of medicine they dispense.
