Town Ladies Under 14s stay second in their Wiltshire County League after a 3-3 draw with leaders Chippenham.

Town struggled to find their recent form in wet and difficult conditions.

They conceded a goal as early as the second minute but went on to dominate the remainder of the half.

They would have scored through Lewis and Fisher had it not been for the efforts of the Chippenham keeper.

Hosts Chippenham grabbed a second goal against the run of play but Lewis netted an important goal just before the half-time whistle.

Chippenham struck again with a goal four minutes after the restart, and at that stage things looked bleak.

Fisher, though, grabbed a second for Town and Lewis then struck the equaliser, with just six minutes left.

Player of the match: Chloe Bryant.

CHIPPENHAM Ladies clinched an impressive 4-2 victory over Cardiff Reserves with two last-minute goals.

Chippenham went 2-0 up through Emma Bolter and Claire White, only for Cardiff to draw level midway through the second half.

With keeper Amy Rowland producing some fine work, the game appeared to be heading for a draw. But Bolter had other ideas and she rattled in two goals in the final minute to clinch victory and wrap up a hat-trick.
