Chippenham Town manager Steve White has been nominated for the BBC's Football Cult Heroes feature.
White went to London on Wednesday to be interviewed by TV pundit Garth Crooks and is due to appear on next week's Football Focus.
The Cult Heroes feature on Football Focus nominates three players from every league club and then asks fans to vote for their all time favourite.
White feels honoured and said: "I'm delighted to have been asked to go. I had a wonderful time at Swindon and it is great to be recognised for my achievements."
White first played for Swindon in 1986. His last game was in 1994, helping the club make the Premiership.
