Huw Jones scored his second hat-trick of the season in Saturday's windswept match at Trowbridge, helping Malmesbury to its sixth successive league win.
The visiting back row had a field day, scoring four of the sides nine tries and Malmesbury's pack were more powerful, frequently forcing the home side backwards at set pieces, hooker Steve Organ taking three strikes against the head.
Scrum half David Worker opened the scoring for the visitors with two penalty goals in the first ten minutes and then made a long run from the base of the scrum for the first try.
Gow and King scored unconverted tries and then Worker kicked another penalty. Just before half time, Huw Jones scored under the posts, giving Worker a straightforward conversion, and the visitors a 33 point lead.
Jones scored a second try immediately after half-time. That was followed by two tries from skipper Paul Hutton, but Malmesbury then lost their shape a little, opening the door for Trowbridge full back Nick Maidment to score.
Malmesbury's back row provided the final nail in the coffin with a third try by Jones, and a converted try by David Manktelow.
Malmesbury are again away from home Saturday against Wellesly Arms.
