Calne skipper and scrum half Andrew Donegan bagged 32 points including a first half despite sustaining two broken ribs in the opening play of the match.
Donegan's first half haul of 22 points was set up by the most impressive forward performance of the season.
In stark contrast to last week's battering, up front, by Swindon College, Calne's pack was able to shove Marlborough back in the scrums.
Donegan's first try came from a rare push over scrum, the scrum half beat number eight Damon Murphy to the ball once the forwards had claimed their scalp.
His second was similarly opportunist. Marlborough miss-controlled a defensive five metre scrum, allowing Donegan to pounce on the loose ball.
The third was again from the base of the scrum. He picked up and set off toward the posts, cutting through three defenders on his way.
Marlborough were rewarded for their endeavours on the stroke of half time with an uncovered score from a cleverly worked cross-field kick.
Tries to centre Guthrie Holiday, back row Neil Watkins (2) and Murphy widened the gap after oranges, and Holiday eventually collected his second to round off another fine performance from the 18-year-old.
Donegan was equally lethal with the boot in the second half.
