WATER watchdog OFWAT has issued a report showing water firms are giving customers a good level of service.
The report reviewed the performance of the water industry since privatisation and looked at individual companies, including Wessex Water. It showed significant improvements had been made in customer service, with fewer problems of sewer flooding and low water pressure.
Most customers said they were happy with the quality and value for money of their service.
