POLICE are hunting for a man who has twice driven off from the petrol station at Warminster bypass services without paying for fuel.
The man, who drives a grey Vauxhall Cavalier, struck for a second time on Sunday after his initial theft on October 2.
PC Nicola Caffrey, of Warminster police, said: "The numberplate was covered by what looked to be a plastic bag. The car headed off towards Salisbury on the A36."
The driver is described as white, in his early 20s, approximately 5ft 9in, with slim or medium build and brown hair with highlights.
On both occasions he stole unleaded fuel, and on Sunday he had two passengers with him. Both white, they are described as a 19-year-old blonde-haired woman with and a 20-year-old dark-haired man.
