A 14-YEAR-OLD Trowbridge boy has appeared in court charged with common assault and possession of an offensive weapon.
The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty at Chippenham Youth Court on Wednesday. He also admitted intimidating a witness and allowing himself to be carried in a stolen vehicle. He was sentenced to three nine-month referral orders to run concurrently, ordered to pay £70 compensation and banned from driving for a year.
