SWINDON Town Ladies under 14 A team kept up their unbeaten run in the Wilts seven-a-side league with a 16-1 success at Derry Hill.

It was another great team performance from Swindon, with the whole team working hard and playing controlled football.

Derry Hill threatened early, until New, Lewis and Egerton took the sting out of the Derry Hill attack, with three goals in three minutes.

In the 12th minute Lewis scored the goal of the match, beating Derry Hill's keeper from the halfway line.

One of the few Derry Hill's attacks in the 25th minute resulted in a corner, which went straight into the Towns net.

Town continued working hard, and in the final minute of the first half Fisher scored from a great Town passing move, making it 5-1.

In the second half Derry Hill came back into the game, giving Swindon no time on the ball, but Town's midfield, Fisher and Bodman, held strong.

Swindon kept playing football and in the last 12 minutes destroyed Derry Hill, with Lewis getting her sixth, Egerton her second, and New her seventh.
