DOUBTLESS calendar scenes of Swindon's lovesome roundabouts richly give a month of contemplation apiece.
Consider the charms, then, of twelve depictions of lovely grub, along with their recipes, which was devised in a local school and contains fairly traded ingredients.
Unique to Swindon, these desirable publications retail at £2 each.
Local firms are selling them to employees and local schools to pupils but if they have not already gone like hot cakes the calendars are also available from libraries, council offices, the Information Centre, Radio Swindon, the Wildlife Trust office (Fleet Street), Swindon Pulse (Curtis Street), the Palette Caf (Arts Centre, Devizes Road), the Octagon Caf (by the bus station), and Lower Shaw Farm.
