NORTH Wiltshire District Council's Tourist Information Centre has recently opened an exhibition that focuses on the relationship Corsham has with the Armed Forces.
But the organisers are appealing to people who might have more information to help fill gaps.
Co-ordinator Martin Yallop said: "We would love people who might be able to shed more light on some of these stories to come forward."
During the Second World War both George Formby and Wee Georgie Wood performed at the garrison theatre.
"There were many stars of film and radio who performed there and we would like to know more," Mr Yallop said. "Other celebrities with connections with the area were Richard Murdoch and Kenneth Horne, who were both stationed at RAF Rudloe."
