WE have raised £365 so far from the two Red Cross nights at Riff's Bar and the Beehive (all thanks to those who came) and urge readers to attend the third and final night at The Vic, Old Town on Wednesday January 19, 8pm onwards.
We have a sparkling line-up of acts to be released soon.
This is for the Red Cross' work through the Red Crescent in Iraq for Iraqi hospitals damaged accidentally in the war there.
Meanwhile, we urge all Adver readers individually who can afford it to at least give £100 to the Earthquake Appeal to help rebuild two houses/urgent medicines/and supplies of food for the terrible situation in the Far East.
