SWINDONIANS can find faith in themselves through a new course being offered by Swindon College this month.
Faith in Yourself: An Introduction To The Baha'i Faith is about discovering how spirituality is viewed by the Baha'is and how an individual can walk a spiritual path in practical ways. Fidelma Meehan, who can often be heard on Terry Wogan's Radio 2 show presenting Pause For Thought, is one of the tutors of the course.
She said: "This course is a series of seminars that will provide an opportunity for people of any faith tradition, or those of no religious background, to learn about the history, social and spiritual teachings of the Baha'i Faith."
The course will start on Monday, January 17 at 7pm at Greendown School in Grange Park, West Swindon and will run for five Mondays.
For more details telephone Fidelma on 01793 465715.
