A near full strength Calne clocked up a massive 15 tries to one to steamroller a 13-man Pewsey 100-0.
Guthrie Holliday collected his first hat-trick for the club and extended his lead as the club's top try scorer.
Second row Neil Watkins, No 8 Alan Wicks, winger John Hope-Smith and scrum half Andy Donegan all picked up two each.
Darren Penny, Neil Young and James Gladding all added their contributions too.
Donegan's nine successful penalties rounded off the score at a neat 100 in front of a big home crowd.
