Aldbourne cruised to a 30-10 victory over Trowbridge in Dorset & Wilts 2 North.
The Dabchicks were forced to blood in some youngsters and call players out of retirement just to raise a side after being ravaged by a flu bug sweeping through the team.
Aldbourne scored first when their pack destroyed a defensive Trowbridge scrum, gifting scrum half Peter Hughes a simple touch down.
Wing Joe Salcidas soon added another after wriggling through the Trowbridge defence, and in the second half centre James Lawrence added two more tries, with Shaune Munday kicking 10 points.
Trowbridge briefly rallied to score two unconverted tries.
