AGE Concern Swindon is offering older people free copies of a beginners' guide to the internet.
The 30-page, colour booklet gives people the chance to find out more about computers and how to start surfing the web.
With handy tips on why you might want to use the internet, computer basics, using email and a glossary to explain some of those confusing terms, Grasp the Nettle is ideal for anyone wanting to learn the basics.
Copies can be collected free from Age Concern Swindon, 14 Milton Road, SN1 5JE.
But to receive one by post enclose three second class stamps with your request.
