A CHARITY which supports young people and children who care for a family member is aiming to raise £10,000 by February.
Wiltshire Young Carers is holding a raffle so the 400 young people it supports can enjoy a range of activities.
A week in the south of France, a holiday in Cornwall and a case of champagne are among the prizes, as well as guided tours and free tickets to Wiltshire museums.
Money raised from the raffle will allow the youngsters to take a break from their responsibilities, which often involve looking after parents, siblings, grandparents or other family members who have a physical or mental disability.
It can mean they often miss out on fun with their friends.
The organisation is urging people across the county to sell and buy the £1 tickets. The closing date is Friday, February 11.
For tickets call the Young Carers line on 01380 720671 at the Youth Action Wiltshire office in Devizes.
