WILTSHIRE residents who get help with housing are being invited to have a say on the future of the services they receive.
Wiltshire's Supporting People Partnership covers people who live within the part of the county served by Wiltshire County Council.
It is encouraging anyone who lives in supported housing or has help to maintain their tenancy to give their views through a questionnaire.
The idea behind the initiative is to ensure that the services provided by the partnership are in line with what users of the scheme actually want.
Views are being sought about the draft of Wiltshire Supporting People's five-year plan that is available from the local housing providers or from the Supporting People team.
Users of the Supporting People service, which provides housing support to vulnerable people, can then comment using questionnaires that will be distributed with the plan.
Nicola Balmer, project assistant for Wiltshire Supporting People, urged people to take part in the consultation.
"Our service aims to promote independence and quality of life for vulnerable people," she said.
"We can only deliver a quality service if we know what the people want."
Anyone who needs more information should contact Nicola or one the Supporting People team on 01380 738018.
