A PARK North man is to face trial by jury after pleading not guilty to assaulting a man last summer.
Robert Neish is accused of causing actual bodily harm to Brendon Gale on Sunday, June 13, last year.
The 25-year-old, of Milverton Court, Park North, denied the charge and was released on unconditional bail to a trial date to be fixed.
