Chippenham started the first half playing with a swirling wind and immediately began to dominate the game.
Good forward play allowed Sam Wells to crash over the try line for the first score and, from the restart, Liam Baker drove into the Walcot 22 to set up some quick ball for the backs which lead to a Tom Stanley try.
Chippenham then temporarily lost their way allowing Walcot to score, but after this dominated the half.
They applied the pressure on Walcot and further tries followed from Ollie Harris, Wells, Stanley and Baker. Two conversions from Wells gave Chippenham a very convincing lead of 39-5 going into the half-time break.
The second half started as the first had finished and Stefan Crawley ran through the Walcot defence and score.
The forwards then produced plenty of possession for the waiting backs and more tries followed from Wells and Crawley. Tom Davies also got on the score sheet to grab a brace of tries after displaying some good support play. Davies along with Wells added two more conversions.
Coach Kevin Ingram was delighted with this convincing display of powerful rugby from this season's Bristol Combination Cup holders just in time for Salisbury's visit next week in the Wiltshire Cup final at Allington Field.
