ANTI-SOCIAL behaviour is to be the topic of a meeting to be held next week by West Wiltshire District Council.
The council's external overview committee will discuss how the authority can use its powers, including issuing anti-social behaviour orders, to greatest effect.
Cllr Duncan Hames, chairman of the committee, said: "Anti-social behaviour is a high profile issue that concerns many residents, and tackling it requires the council to work effectively with its partners.
"This meeting will help us to ensure that we do just that."
A speaker from West Wiltshire Community Safety Partnership will provide background information on the situation in west Wiltshire.
Councillors hope Wiltshire police will also attend the meeting.
The meeting will be held at the district council's offices in Bradley Road, Trowbridge, on Wednesday.
