LOCAL groups and organisations could have the opportunity to make use of a building in the planned Kingston Mill development in Bradford on Avon.
The town council has been asked by developer Taylor Woodrow to act as broker for the use of 'The Vaults' building in the town centre site.
The town's museum society has already shown interest in the 3,000sqft building, as well as Bradford's Artsmill Steering Group, which would like to use the building for a multi-media arts centre.
Any other groups that are interested should write to Bradford Town Council's clerk at St Margaret's Hall, by February 18.
Taylor Woodrow, which has owned the site for the past six years, is expected to submit a planning application for a multi-million pound development on the site later this month.
