Anish will be performing tonight at the Evening Advertiser's tsunami concertWAKE OF THE TSUNAMI: TONIGHT is the Evening Advertiser's tsunami concert and prizes for our raffle have been pouring in.
Eight big names have been booked to perform at tonight's charity gig at the Goddard Arms Hotel and now there is a top line-up of prizes to match.
Dave Flack, from Aldbourne based digital media supplier Catalus, has donated three MP3 players, worth £240, to help raise money for the appeal.
He said: "It's a global tragedy that any little thing that can help we are more than happy to do.
"We donated these prizes because we thought they would appeal to the people attending the event so hopefully it will encourage lots of people to enter."
Fitness First, in Eldene Drive, has also given a three-month free pass for their gym.
Kate Lund, from Fitness First, said: "We thought it was important to help with the Evening Advertiser's appeal so we can help the victims of this tragedy rebuild their lives.
"This event has affected a lot of people and we wanted to do what we can.
"Fitness First is also collecting money and anything we raise will be doubled by the company."
For those who would rather watch movies than burn the calories Cineworld has given a pair of three-month unlimited passes for the cinema in Green-bridge. Cineworld's Claire Hart said: "We here at Cineworld were more than happy to help the Swindon Evening Advertiser when they approached us for help in raising money for such a vital cause.
"We hope that the event goes really well and that they raise lots of money to help those in need after the tsunami tragedy.
"This prize will bring the winners hours of pleasure as well as help in raising money for the cause."
