TSUNAMI AID: READERS wishing to support the tsunami appeal set up by Trowbridge man Philip Mossman and his colleagues can donate directly to a Barclays Bank account.
As featured in last week's Wiltshire Times, Mr Mossman is using his links with the Sri Lankan Government to help rebuild the capital Colombo following the disaster.
He flew out to Sri Lanka this week to help plan new housing and co-ordinate aid agency efforts.
FEE Group, the leisure and entertainment company he works for, is organising a gala dinner in London to aid the relief work. The White Swan pub in Trowbridge will also be holding fundraising events.
Mr Mossman said: "All monies paid into this account will be utilised in full through the Sri Lankan Ministry of Finance Special Relief Fund with no administration or handling charges deducted by us in the UK nor by the ministry in Sri Lanka."
