With leaders Bradford on Wilts Senior Cup duty, second-placed Corsham failed to take advantage and move up to pole position when they were held to a 3-3 draw by Bromham, writes RAY BURROUGHS.
The home side were good value for their point and could well have taken all three had the match official not awarded a couple of soft penalties to the visitors.

Weston converted another spot kick soon after the start of the second half but a further goal by Tom Paget was cancelled out by a strike from Jamie Callip to enable the sides to share the points.
New College were in fine form at Shrewton beating the home side 6-1 to bring plenty of praise from manager Pete Horwat who enthused: "We played some great football at times we were awesome."
A goal down after 10 minutes, the College drew level from the spot just before the break and played some quality football after the interval.
Scott Lane (2), a fierce cross from Matt Hoare was deflected into his own net by a defender, Robbie Metclafe and Ashley Chapman doing the damage.
Bottom club Purton Reserves gained a welcome point away at AFC Stratton who would appear to have lost their way in recent weeks.
Manager Tony Dyer said it was the same old story, plenty of chances and Rick Casey hitting the woodwork with a screamer in the second half.
Pewsey led Devizes Reserves by a goal to nil until 15 minutes from time when Andy Stone struck a quickfire hat-trick to snatch victory.
