Southwick Sports and AC Soho met for the third time this season and having lost the previous two encounters, Southwick turned the form book on its head and turned in a five-star performance to win 5-0 in Division Two.
Southwick took the lead on 18 minutes when Gary Rice stole in at the back post to tap home. Andy Colebrook's blistering 20 yard strike made it 2-0 and, with the first half drawing to a close, Tom Mann produced a clinical finish to give Southwick a 3-0 interval lead.
Fifteen minutes from time Jamie Moth put the game beyond Soho with his team's fourth, and Andy Colebrook got No 5 in the final minute.
Southwick may have won their crunch game with Soho but they were dealt a cruel blow to their promotion hopes following the deduction of two points for playing an ineligible player earlier in the season.
Soho had some good news when they learned that the result of their abandoned game with Steeple Ashton would stand, giving them a 5-1 victory.

The all-Premier Division clash in Eric Hughes Memorial KO Cup between Westbury Rangers A and West Lavington (Sunday) saw Rangers defeat the current leaders 2-1. Marc Lanfear's first half double set Rangers on their way and despite Simon Drewitt pulling one back they were always second best as Rangers booked their semi final berth.
Westbury Rangers will be joined by Corsham Centre, North Star A and Corsham Cricket Club in the draw for the semi-finals,
Corsham Centre produced a majestic display as they made it 50 successive league and cup wins on the trot to reach the last four.
Their game with Division Two side Christian Malford was all but over in the first half hour as the Centre built up a 4-0 lead before going onto to win 8-0. Simon Gray and James Lye both hit doubles while Craig Gingell, Liam Ralph, Richard Boore and Jon Bartlett added a goal apiece.
There was no upset at Bromham where Premier Division side Corsham Cricket Club beat Division Four high flyers Bar OC 2-0 to reach the final four. Frank Coleman's mishit his cross straight at Hampshire in the Bar goal who inexplicably parried the cross into his net to see the top flight side take the lead. Dave Kilmurray settled things when he headed home Coleman's cross to make it 2-0.
First Division North Star A, who were last term's beaten finalists, look set for another cup final appearance when they ended the hopes of Biddestone Social.
The Star needed extra time and penalties before completing the job. Tommy Ludford hit both of Star's goals with Kevin Banks and James Tindell scoring for Biddestone. The penalty shoot out saw successful kicks from Pete Thornton, Ronnie Kallmeier, Mark Forester and Simon Vowden take the Star to a 4-2 win after Mark Jennings and Matt Pratley had missed from the spot for Biddestone.
Dog & Fox Ashley moved into third spot in the Premier Division thanks to their 2-1 home victory over Trowbridge Harriers. Mark Gerrish drove the Dog in front after five minutes but five minutes before the interval Harriers drew level when Paul Edwards headed home.
Steve Roddy came on for the Dog at the start of the second half and three minutes later he scored the winner.
All Cannings' game with Bradford News ended in farce when the referee inexplicably walked off with eight minutes remaining and the scores locked at 3-3.
Hullavington threw away a two-goal lead as they allowed Maud Heath Sports to hit back and claim a 2-2 draw. Phil Garland and Craig Samuels (penalty) put Hullavington in charge, only for Robbie Fry and Stuart Wilson to hit back and claim the Sports a share of the spoils.
Division One leaders Colerne FC opened up a three-point lead on the chasing clubs following their 3-0 win over Semington Rovers, Jamie Bowler, Jake Jefferies and Jason Smith scoring.
A much depleted Winsley were without a number of regulars against Holt, but they ran out easy 5-1 winners to move four places up the table. Mike Little (2), Chris Birleson (2) and Dan Lardner shared Winsley's goals, Lloyd Kettlety claimed Holt's effort.
Chippenham Police continued their purple patch and are having one of their best seasons by far. They sustained their winning ways with a 3-1 victory against Horse and Groom despite going a goal down when Paul Aland headed in after 20 minutes. Adam Davey scored his first goal for the Police before Tim Culling and Tony Kerwick made the game safe.
Chippenham Sports & Social Club moved out of the bottom two for the first time this season to be replaced by Calne Sunday, who fell into the drop zone after suffering a 3-0 loss at the hands of a Sports side who kept their first clean sheet of the season. Adie White, Jack Ryan and Wayne Burry shared the Sports goals.
Wingfield left it late before claiming a point from their 1-1 draw with fellow villagers North Bradley, who took the lead via a Tim Richards penalty.With just 25 seconds left Alan House tied the game with a thunderbolt from 25 yards.
The top game in Division Three between leaders Kings Arms (Trowbridge) and second-placed Sir Audley's Arms was lost to a waterlogged pitch at Stanley Park in Chippenham.
The postponement allowed both Pig and Whistle United and FC Bradford to close the gap at the top. Pig & Whistle moved level on points with the leaders following their 5-0 win over Westbury Rangers B. It was a red letter day for Mark Bridger, who marked his 250th appearance with a magnificent strike from 18 yards, this was after Gareth Evans (2), Leigh Stevenson and Paul McCarty had put United in charge.
FC Bradford trounced Somerford FC 10-0 with Jason Harford leading the rampage with four, Mike Embleton and Matthew Long added two apiece and singles from Wayne Duggan and Paul Tunnel completed the double figures.
Virgin Mobile were also among the goals as they beat Calne North Star B 8-1. Ian Standing and Sami Bakali both hit trebles for Virgin with Dan Light and Justice Ofosu-Apeasah adding the others. Simon Clifford netted the Star's consolation.
Division Four leaders AFC Calne have had a disastrous start to the second half of the season, while opponents Cooper Avon have seen their fortunes reversed. Having recorded their first win of the season last week, Cooper followed that up with a 2-2 draw against the pole sitters, whose own hopes of promotion were dented.
