GAZETTE & HERALD: A TATTOO parlour in Calne could be closed as it applies for planning permission three months after it opened.
Owner Jacky Henton, 25, from Kingswood, in Bristol, took out a five-year lease on the property in Church Street before opening on Halloween last year. However, she did not realise she needed planning permission to change the property from a florist to a tattoo parlour.
Ms Henton says she does not see why there should be any problems with her application but if there is the business could be shut down by North Wiltshire District Council.
"We have had a lot of good response and we have got enough people who will back us up," she said.
