Holocaust Memorial Day on January 27 will be marked in Swindon with readings, reflections and quiet time together at noon in the Friends Meeting House on Eastcott Hill.
We welcome readings or spoken reflections from anyone who wishes to come along.
The chief aims are not only to remember the Holocaust but also other human rights tragedies around the world, including persecution and wars. Its wish is to help foster a greater understanding between people.
It also provides an opportunity to renew our commitment to building a strong and caring community in Swindon. Should anyone wish to take part, please contact me. But everyone is welcome to come along.
