WITH regard to the article by Mr Andrew in the Evening Advertiser, January 14 (Don't like it, then just don't tune in.)
What I find bizarre is that he has the arrogance to suggest that it is wrong for many thousands of individual Christians (not fanatical multiple complainers), in a Christian country, to have the freedom to peacefully object against the blasphemy of our Lord Jesus Christ.
He, on the other hand, feels it acceptable behaviour to use/abuse the freedom of his column to mount a spiteful attack against us.
It has nothing to do with switching off, Mr Andrew, it has to do with our objection to blasphemy being used against the person of most value in the lives of all true Christians. That is why thousands of us also go along to our church each week. Please feel free to come and join us any time.
Freedom of speech is only acceptable when it does not cause offence to others. The Springer show was designed to offend, so was your article.
