LABOUR hopeful Anne Snelgrove will join Cabinet Ministers tomorrow to work on the party's manifesto for the next General Election.
As vice-chairwoman of Labour's National Policy Forum, the prospective parliamentary candidate, who wants to replace Julia Drown as Labour MP for South Swindon when she steps down, will be at the at centre of policy making.
Mrs Snelgrove said: "This will be an important meeting, setting the scene for Labour's next General Election manifesto.
"I will be making sure Swindon people's views on important issues such as crime and anti-social behaviour, education and housing, are taken into account.
"We need a radical agenda for the next five years in order to build on our economic stability and past successful policies, for example improving schools and Sure Start, cutting hospital waiting lists and increasing the numbers of police and street wardens in Swindon."
