Swindon's march towards Berks, Bucks & Oxon Premier Division success continued with ease on Saturday, as struggling Harwell were brushed aside 53-5.
Wing Mathieu Seynaeve and fly-half Neil Maycock bagged two tries each for the rampant home side, lock Tom Loukes grabbing his first for the club as they maintained their two-point lead at the top of the table.
And there was an abundance of quality rugby on display for the Greenbridge Road hosts despite the poor conditions.
Hooker Scott Chapman opened the scoring barely three minutes in and Swindon extended the lead with a try from full-back Nathan Waite.
Strong pressure sucked in the defence before the ball was moved across the back line for Waite to score. Neil Maycock converted.
A third try in the first 15 minutes followed from wing Tom Lalor.
An initial break from powerful flanker Paul Daniels started a move which saw the ball go through five pairs of hands to put Lalor in the corner.
Swindon's dominance was interrupted by a try from the visitors and the ever-deteriorating weather conditions.
But Seynaeve crossed to close out the half 22-5 in favour of the home side.
With the wind at their backs in the second half, Maycock profited with a brace of tries.
The first came from a planned move, with centre Guy Sturla breaking through the middle before off-loading to Maycock in support, but his second was a fine individual effort.
The scoring then dried up before Swindon closed out the game with three quick tries.
Skipper Paul Wakefield crossed for a score after supporting his fellow centre Sturla.
And winger Seynaeve crossed for his second, crashing through the centre to score under the posts.
Loukes completed the rout on the stroke of full-time.
n LUKE Wills grabbed four tries as Swindon College Old Boys went second in Berks, Bucks & Oxon One South.
There were seven tries in all, Wills bagging two in each half in the 37-19 win at Beaconsfield 2nd.
No 8 Tony Brant opened their account, before Wills grabbed his first-half brace.
College managed just one conversion all afternoon, Neil White adding the two points after John Godsill's touchdown.
Greig O'Brien also crossed as Wills completed his quartet.
