A PRINTING service staffed by people with disabilities has been given the 2004 Supplier of the Year award by one of its commercial customers.
The Enterprise Works printing department, which is part of Swindon Council, was given the award by Print Ginger.
Enterprise Works supports employees with varying levels of disability.
It supplies businesses with services including packing and assembly, graphic design and printing, design and manufacturing of signs.
It also makes joinery products and sells fencing, sheds and other products directly to the public.
John Pattison, a director of Print Ginger, presented the award to the print team.
He said Enterprise Works was one of 52 companies which supply Print Ginger and that the consistently high standard of quality, improved service and attention to detail had allowed them to offer their customers an unparalleled service.
Coun Justin Tomlinson, the cabinet member for Swindon Services, said: "I am very pleased that the good work at Enterprise is being increasingly recognised."
