RELATE Mid Wiltshire is inviting stressed out parents to a workshop to help them deal with their difficult offspring.
The day, called Strictly For Parents will look at the most common struggles for mums and dads of children of any age.
The open information day aims to offer new strategies to hopefully create a new atmosphere at home and give parents the opportunity to enjoy their children more. Organisers say there will be lunch, laughter and supportive, non-judgemental advice.
Youth counselling manager for Relate Mid Wiltshire, Pam Walden-Woods said: "In today's complex society how do you help your child develop self-confidence, respect and a sense of responsibility?
"This day could help and you could make friends with people who are in the same boat as you.
"If the demand is there, we are going to offer a service on a weekly basis, which will be a series of free workshops in March and April."
The information day will be held on Saturday, February 5 between 10am and 3pm at the Chippenham Borough Lands meeting room, Market Place.
The opportunity is supported by Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and is free but parents must book a place by calling (01225) 350010.
