A SCRUTINY Task Group of five Swindon councillors has been formed to carry out a detailed study of the provision of GPs' surgeries and NHS dentists in Swindon.
Its chairman, Coun Stan Pajak, said: "The local GP is the cornerstone of the health service and therefore the ease of finding and registering with a GP is crucial in how we feel about the area we live in.
"Is the provision of surgeries and NHS dentists acceptable or is there a real problem in Swindon as appears in many areas around the country?
"We need to know your experiences so as a council we can work to get the best health and dental care provision."
