VOLUNTEERS are needed to help plant trees on the cycle path between Chiseldon and Marlborough.
Sustrans, a green transport charity, needs the volunteers to work on the path on Saturday, February 5 from 10am until 4pm.
Charity spokesman Chris Penny, said: "We hope plenty of local people will join us. The tree planting will be great fun and will help to beautify this local walking and cycling route."
Anyone who wants to take part should meet in the car park off the A346 in Chiseldon, near to the Esso garage. Lunch will be provided for those taking part but volunteers are asked to bring along hot drinks, a spade and gardening gloves.
