GAZETTE & HERALD: TEENAGER Alexander Minaides, who had more than a thousand pounds worth of ecstasy tablets hidden in his bedroom, has escaped a prison term.
Minaides, 19, of Danes Close, Chippenham, was shopped to police up by his mum when she suspected he was storing drugs in the family home.
Minaides, who admitted six counts of possessing drugs, took up to 15 ecstasy tablets a day, Swindon Crown Court heard on Friday.
Passing a six month drug treatment and testing order, coupled with an 18 month probation order, Judge Tom Longbotham told Minaides: "If you appear before this court again for any drug related offence it is almost certain you will be sentenced to a term of imprisonment for a considerable period of time."
