TEACHERS from Italy and Finland are to visit a Swindon school to exchange ideas on education.
Grange Junior School is now in the third year of a Comenius schools project, funded by the British Council and European Union.
Comenius co-ordinator Alan Duffy said: "The project has enriched our school curriculum and a recent Ofsted inspection report highlighted this fact."
Two teachers from Kajaani, in Finland and two from Osimo in Italy will visit for a week from February 5-9.
During their stay in Swindon the visitors will visit the Stratton St Margaret school and meet the children in every class.
The guests will talk to the children and staff about their schools and cultures.
The Grange Junior School children will be presenting a concert for the teachers, which will include contributions of singing, dance, instrumental pieces and performance poetry.
During their stay the teachers will also experience the STEAM Museum in Swindon, Corinium Museum in Cirencester and Stratford Upon Avon.
