Supermarine boss Mark Collier has warned his troops that they will be scrapping to avoid the drop if they don't show signs of improvement.
Collier launched his verbal attack after a disappointing 2-1 Southern League defeat at Bracknell last night.
He said: "The players have to urgently improve if they're going to avoid a massive relegation dog fight.
"I will be asking those players some questions and it's up to them to see if they've got the answer to those questions."
Marine slipped into the bottom four of Division One West after the defeat.
Marine fell behind after just seven minutes when Ben Edwards scored.
Gavin Smith doubled the lead with a 14th-minute header before Giles Harris pulled one back from the spot on 48 minutes.
But Marine couldn't force an equaliser and saw Dave Gee and Roger Emms leave the field with injuries.
Elsewhere, Devizes beat Melksham 2-1 in the Screwfix Premier and Corsham extended their unbeaten run beating Odd Down 3-1.
